The Firm by Crouch & Paesch was founded by Susette Paesch and Darin Crouch in the year 2021, both colleagues at another law firm and who together have over 15 years of experience.

The Firm is a general law practice and advisory firm located in Aruba and is guided by integrity, agility, human connectivity, synergy, and resilience.
